A Representative will go over these rules with you during an in person interview prior to moving in.  

1. No use and/or possession of alcohol, drugs or any mood altering chemicals. Any concern that this rule is being violated will be reported to CRA Executive Director and drug and alcohol testing with be done. A positive test will result in immediate termination of residency, as will a failure to comply.
2. No physical or verbal threats against other residents or staff will be tolerated. Any such instance will result in immediate discharge. 
3. Prescription medications are the responsibility of the resident. All personal meds must be kept with the resident's possessions at all times. In cases of stealing, sharing, or trading meds, all parties involved will be immediately discharged and tenancy terminated. 
4. Residents are to attend at least four 12-step meetings per week, have a home group and a sponsor.
5. Residents are responsible for their own hygiene and personal space and share in the maintenance of the house and property. 
6. Visitors are welcome. Time and length of visits must be arranged upon agreement with housemates. 
7. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the house in the designated area.
8. Residents must sign out and notify housemates of their return time and whereabouts in case of emergency.
9. Phone: Residents are responsible to save messages for others.
10. Any flexibility of these rules is at the discretion of CRA staff. 

Residents agree to comply with the above rules at all times.
